Rachel is the founder of Succeed, working as an independent facilitator & freelance development consultant for the past 21 years. She has a range of experience across all sectors, working with businesses and social enterprises to develop their strategy. She is a professional business coach and bid writer. Rachel has a Certificate in Change Management and a Diploma in Performance Coaching. She uses bespoke learning tools such as Action Learning & Appreciative Inquiry and is an accredited NLP master trainer. With John Harris she has raised over £8 million for a range of charities over the past 8 years. Rachel is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
John Harris, Consultant
John offers expertise in a range of services including: organisational change, bid writing, and in training and mentoring staff to build up the strength and capacity of their organisation. He is the author of the NVCO Guide to Good Management in the Voluntary Sector. John designed and co-delivered the Leeds University Post-Graduate Certificate in Management in the Voluntary and Public Sectors. He has a Certificate in Management and in Humanistic Psychology. John is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

John works as an administrator for Succeed. He is in charge of the technical side, including IT support, and assisting the consultant team with admin tasks. He formerly ran an IT business, offering techinical support to companies and individuals. If you have an enquiry John will be happy to assist. His background includes running various businesses, and a 25 year career in Social Work. In his spare time he enjoys DIY and retrofitting his home.
